Working Process

Working process

  1. Dirty coolant entry: the transfer pump suctions the contaminated coolant from the machine tool tank;

  2. Filtration process: the duplex cartridge filter with automatic by-pass separates fine particles and foreign matter from the coolant. The filtered coolant flows  into the unit's containment tank;

  3. High-pressure coolant transfer: via one or more switchable outlets, the high-pressure pump feeds the machine tool with the purified coolant.

  4. Monitoring of system parameters: the included touchscreen displays and allows to control the main operating data of the high-pressure station.
