Working Process
The industrial chiller's compressor lowers the liquid's temperature through a heat exchanger (evaporator).
The liquid is forced through the evaporator by a pump and the evaporator lowers the coolant temperature due to the gas's thermal exchange.
Heat generated due to gas compression in the chiller circuit, is expelled by a ventilator.
Plus Points
Discover all advantages of Icy industrial chillers for easy maintenance and costs reductions in your workshop.
MODULAR AND VERSATILE
With sixteen different cooling powers to choose from, you can select the most suitable chiller model for your application, avoiding over- or under-dimensioned systems. Cube industrial chillers are able to treat both emulsion and neat oil.
MAXIMUM CONTROL
A microprocessor installed in Cube industrial chillers allows constant monitoring of the chiller's temperature, activating the cooling circuit only when necessary and constantly maintaining the set temperature.
RELIABLE AND
ROBUST
Cube chillers are equipped with a special, coaxial "tube in tube" evaporator. Reduced hydraulic resistance and a wide passage section allows treatment of unclean liquids.
CLEAN, EFFICIENT AND MONEY SAVING
Cube coolant chillers contribute to keeping industrial coolants clean and at maximum efficiency, avoiding a rise in temperature which leads to the proliferation of bacteria and spoiling of emulsions; less waste of time and money.
EASY TO INSTALL
Very compact industrial chillers which can be installed in proximity of the tank containing the liquid which needs cooling. Models are available with integrated pump to feed secondary hydraulic circuits and with stainless steel tanks to be used with external exchangers.
ECO FRIENDLY
Industrial chillers which exclusively use ecological cooling gasses, such as R513A (HFC), R410A, with low environmental impact.
Models
Three sizes divided into sixteen cooling powers ranging from 0,89 to 17,2 kW.
All versions are available with containment tank and stainless steel pump for secondary circuit feeding for the WATER line, and with gear or screw pumps for the OIL line.
All units are standard supplied with all electrical, cooling and hydraulic connections and charged with cooling gas.
