Working Process
The industrial chiller's compressor lowers the liquid's temperature through a heat exchanger (evaporator).

The liquid is forced through the evaporator by a pump and the evaporator lowers the coolant temperature due to the gas's thermal exchange.
​
Heat generated due to gas compression in the chiller circuit, is expelled by a ventilator.

MODULAR AND VERSATILE

CONTROL
A microprocessor installed in Diper industrial chillers allows constant monitoring of the chiller's temperature, activating the cooling circuit only when necessary and constantly maintaining the set temperature.

RELIABLE AND ROBUST

Diper industrial chillers are equipped with AISI 304 stainless steel cooling coils which are immersed directly into the liquid which needs cooling. This permits use of the chiller also with highly polluted liquid as it does not pass inside the evaporator.
The tubes' structure allows a very efficient exchange and is very compact.

Thanks to very compact dimensions, Diper industrial chillers can be positioned on top of tanks containing liquid which needs cooling.
The absence of pumps and hydraulic components allow easy and fast installation.
Once the chiller has been positioned, simply start it and set the required temperature.

Diper chillers are equipped with AISI 304 stainless steel cooling coils (up to 16 depending on the model type). The pipes' structure enables elevated exchange efficiency in very compact dimensions.

The units are standard supplied with all electrical, chilling and hydraulic connections and charged with cooling gas.
