Thanks to the very large tank capacity and the different powers available, the JumboVac range is ideal for vacuuming, separation, recycling and disposal of coolants mixed with chips found in tanks, on machining tables and along machine tool linear guides.

Working Process

  1. Depending on the model, vacuum is generated either by single phase motors or by a three phase side channel blower.

  2. Suctioned material enters from above the unit and falls into a grill sieve; 

  3. The sieve separates the solids from the liquids (model "T" with tilting container for easy emptying); 

  4. A 150 micron PPL filter ensures efficient filtration of oil mist generated during the suction process; 

  5. When maximum capacity is reached an electric level sensor automatically stops the suction process; 

  6. The liquid is suctioned into the container;

  7. The container is equipped with a stainless steel submersible pump (models 280 MP and T500) or, in alternative, the liquid can be discharged by a "reverse flow" system.

The Jumbovac HD 1000 model is the biggest and most powerful vacuum in this range. A vane pump generates depression over 800 mBar, able to suction oil and chips with over 30 meter long flexible hose.

EFFICIENT AND COST SAVING

A practical lever positioned at the back of the unit allows to quickly switch from vacuum mode to liquid discharge mode. The flow inversion system uses the turbine's expelled air, guaranteeing an efficient and rapid operation. 

Furthermore, a hydro-repellent cartridge protects the motor, leading to savings in time and money and protecting workers' health.
