Working Process

Air entry: air enters into the fume and dust extractor's calming chamber which serves to slow down the air speed, enabling the collection and precipitation of the pollulant particles;

Pre-filter: Smoky fume and dust extractor is fitted with a special, pre-filtration section consisting in different kinds of filter media (reusable or non) depending on the type of pullulant being treated;

Main filter: a folded cartridge filter with a wide filtration surface and high filtration efficiency, able to capture the finest pullulant particles. The cartridge is covered by a coalescent sleeve which serves to prolong its life;

Air exit: the filtered air is reintroduced into the working environment (absolute HEPA filter, class H13, available upon request).
