Working Process

Air entry: air inside the machine tool is channeled into the oil mist collector's suction inlet and passes through 3 filtration stages: pre-filter, main filter and final filter;

Pre-filter: a pre-treatment section consisting in a washable metallic filter (G2 efficiency) a washable drop separator (for emulsion) or a multi-layer, glass fibre filter (for oil);

Main filter: cellulose, folded cartridge filter with a wide filtration surface and high filtration efficiency, over 95% (F9), covered with a coalescent filter;

Final filter (optional): absolute HEPA filter class H13. Efficiency 99,95%;

Air exit: the filtered air exits the oil mist collector and is reintroduced into the working environment; the re-condensed oil inside the oil mist collector is reintegrated into the machining process thanks to a practical drainage hose.
